Its creator, Jay Cruz, is another dear friend and colleague in PAGASA who came to us full of cynicism, but I so appreciate that he never gave up and was open enough to listen to us. He has since joined our core group and continues to inspire many in our work. This is but one example of his talent. Ang galing!
